Customised cakes and made-to-order items are produced to the specifications recorded on the confirmed order. Handmade finishes may vary slightly from reference images.
Changes
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change an order. Changes are subject to production status and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations and refunds
Made-to-order and customised products may not be cancellable once production has started. Any approved refund follows the original payment and accounting record.
