How early should I order?
Most regular orders require at least 2 days’ lead time. Product-specific lead times shown on the product page take priority.
Can I collect from the store?
Yes. Store pickup is available at 46 Siglap Drive. Select pickup during checkout and choose an available date.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is available across Singapore subject to address availability. Orders of S$150 and above qualify for complimentary delivery; below that, the delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
Can I request a custom cake?
Yes. Use our Custom Cake request page and include your preferred size, flavour, date, design notes and reference images.
How do I ask about allergens?
Please contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary concern. Recipes and production environments can vary by product.
